About the event

The 408 Collective, formed during the pandemic, is a group of musicians from San Jose who captivated audiences with their unique R&B, soul, and funk interpretations of popular music. Led by jazz graduate Jared Carbajal they held residencies at California's Great America, Disneyland, LVL Up in DTSJ, and now Lion's Den Bar SF. In 2020 released the original song “LOVE ,LOVE, LOVE” and music video sensation “Hit the Ground”  showcasing San Jose's downtown landmarks. The core members of the group, Jared, Carbajal, Misa James, Stefan Velasquez, Gabriel Rangel, Joe Cefalu, Brandon Walters and Tyler Richards are driven by their individual musical sensibilities which have shaped the sound of the 408 Collective. However, the collective values the contributions of all members and aims to create something greater than themselves.

They take pride in their San Jose roots and are dedicated to preserving community through their music. As more members prepare to release independent projects and commit to music full-time, the future of the 408 Collective shines bright, with the ultimate goal of leaving a lasting legacy beyond their current lineup.

Sailing goat is the newest addition to a farm to table restaurant experience in a fabulous outdoor setting! A bayside escape to nourish the body and feed the soul offering coastal cuisine with seasonal plates, local beer and wine to the sounds of live music!!!

We encourage guests to tip the bands! We truly appreciate your support for the Arts!
