About the event

These 3 talented artists together will play a diverse repertoire of Brazilian songs including MPB, 2000’s Pop Rock and Forro featuring the classics of Luiz Gonzaga and Dominguinhos among other well known names in Brazilian music. 

*Mariana Bonetti* is a Brazilian musician, singer, instrumentalist, and composer. She started singing when she was 9 and playing the guitar when she was 12. Since 16 years of age she has performed professionally at hotels, restaurants, weddings, birthday parties, clubs, etc. She has a beautiful and vast repertory in both languages English and Portuguese.

*Gui Hoppe* is a Brazilian multi-instrumentalist. His passion for music started at the age of 8 as a percussionist, but his desire to express his musical thoughts led him to also learn tuba and guitar. Gui has worked with different Bay Area organizations (SambaFunk!, Amor do Samba, Batuki, LocoBloco) and also plays with different Brazilian artists around the bay as a session musician.

*Khalifa do Accordion* specializes in accordion and keyboard, has a background in music production, and is a multi-instrumentalist. Throughout his career he gained experience acquiring a vast repertoire of Brazilian songs specializing in Northeastern rhythms . Khalifa has a strong representation in the Forro circles in the Bay Area.  Born and raised in Paraíba-Brazil, he brings with him  the flair and flavor from his native region.

Sailing goat is the newest addition to a farm to table restaurant experience in a fabulous outdoor setting! A bayside escape to nourish the body and feed the soul offering coastal cuisine with seasonal plates, local beer and wine to the sounds of live music!!!
